La Fiesta de Guadalupe

A favorite festival in December, the DeGrazia Gallery in the Sun is once again hosting La Fiesta de Guadalupe on December 18th from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. An homage to Mexico’s patron saint, you’ll find folk dancers, live music, and performances throughout the day from Domingo DeGrazia’s Spanish Guitar Band to the Yaqui Deer Dancers. The Las Posadas procession features youth from the local Carrillo Magnet School singing, with the final performance taking place at the Mission in the Sun.

A number of food, drink and art vendors are also on site, offering the best in southwestern flavors, decorations and gifts. It’s an excellent holiday shopping option where you can pick up ne-of-a-kind treasures made locally. Taste the authentic flavors of the southwest, and indulge in one of Tucson’s most beloved events.
