Featuring 16 residential gardens, visitors get to experience and explore this quaint 5.5 acre getaway that displays many plants native to the region. Eleven rotating exhibits highlighting desert plants are seen throughout the year and created by local artists and residents.
Enjoy an afternoon walk through the Prehistoric Garden, Barrio Garden or Zen Garden to take a step out of the energized city and rejuvenate yourself. Home to orchids and jungle vegetation, the Stonewall Foundation Tropical exhibit is fascinating. October thru April it hosts the Butterfly Magic display which has live tropical butterflies from five continents. Walk through the enclosure and allow these fragile yet unique creatures rest on your shoulder or finger.
Children will love the Children’s Garden that allows them to take a journey through a plant’s life cycle and learn so much in a fun environment filled with brightly colored surroundings.
